Clovelly

This small apartment complex features freestanding glass block panels as privacy screens between the balconies and the common staircases. Solaris 198 Light Diffusing blocks were used to give complete privacy and sound insulation while allowing natural light to pass through the stairs and the balconies on each side. This block was also used in the bathrooms along the boundary, and as sidelights, again to offer privacy while also achieving the required Fire Rating.
