Haymarket

This curved wall wraps around a stairwell facing the courtyard in the Haymarket campus of UTS. The panel is over 11 metres high and 14 meters around and is a spectacular feature of the building from the inside and the outside. The use of 240 x 240 x 80 Clearview glass blocks creates a feeling of walking outdoors while being protected from the elements, as well as offering the sound insulation required at a university.
